Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. localStorage and similar technologies can also retain information on a device and are covered by this notice where relevant.
The website uses localStorage only to record the privacy choice. It is not a cookie and is not sent to the server automatically with browsing requests.
2. Necessary technologies
Storing the privacy choice is strictly functional to remembering the user’s decision, applying the settings and avoiding repeated presentation of the notice.
This technology does not require consent and is not used for analytics, profiling or advertising.
3. Optional categories
The consent architecture supports Analytics, Preferences and Marketing categories so that future integrations cannot bypass prior control.
None of these categories is currently active. No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, HubSpot, chat widget, session recording or advertising tracker was found.
YouTube and Vimeo URLs held in historic project data are not embedded in pages and generate no network request while browsing.
4. Managing your choice
The panel allows visitors to confirm, reject non-essential tools or manage available categories. Because no optional category is active today, every choice keeps the website in its necessary-only state.
The choice can be changed at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Closing the banner does not mean acceptance and saves the necessary-only state.
The preference is requested again after six months or when the model changes materially and the consent version is incremented.
5. Browser settings
You can delete the privacy preference through your browser settings. The notice will then appear again on the next visit.
Blocking local storage entirely may prevent the website from remembering the choice, but does not prevent access to the website.
6. Future integrations
Before enabling an optional service, MightyPixel must classify it, document its provider, purpose, duration and transfers, configure prior blocking, and update this notice.
Introducing a new category or material change requires a new consent version.
